A week of Japanese culinary skills is on at Brasserie Westale restaurant of Sofitel Plaza hotel in Hanoi untill October 15.


During the week, Japanese specialities made of salmon, tuna, shrimp, seaweed and others prepared by well-known chef Koji Uemura, are offered to customers.
