The MTA Vietnam 2023 kicks off in Ho Chi Minh City

VOV.VN - The 19th international precision engineering and manufacturing exhibition & conference (MTA Vietnam 2023) officially kicked off on July 4 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Covering a total area of 13,200 square metres, the event attracted the participation of more than 400 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions globally, including the United States, Canada, the UK, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Turkey, China, and India.

Most notably, more than 14 international brands also chose MTA Vietnam 2023 to showcase their products.

During the four-day event, exhibitors will showcase their range of products and services in the fields of automation technology, cutting and machining tools, home and auxiliary equipment, material storage and processing, metal cutting machines, modeling systems and software, metal forming, and sheet metal cutting.

A series of thematic seminars are also to be held to provide the latest updates in mechanical engineering and machinery manufacturing.

For the first time at the exhibition, a unique showcase area VINRA will also be introduced to the public. The distinctive zone is set to display the most advanced automated technologies, such as warehouse robots, mobile robots, articulated robots, and other products of intelligent automation.

Speaking at the event, BT Tee, general director of Informa Markets Vietnam, said that in order to fully meet the requirements of better quality processes, MTA Vietnam 2023 aims to create a space specifically for domestic and foreign businesses to gain access to the most advanced precision mechanics products. This is along with helping them to stay updated on the latest trends of the industry and to build up smart factories in the near future.
