The Government has agreed to use an official development aid (ODA) loan from the German government worth 7 million euros to carry out two medical projects in northern Yen Bai and Thanh Hoa provinces.

The 3-million euro medical project in Yen Bai province will improve facilities at Nghia Lo general hospital and some district-level hospitals.

The other 4-million euro project in Thanh Hoa province will also improve facilities at the provincial obstetrics hospital and some district-level general hospitals.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment is in charge of contacting the German Bank for Reconstruction on the implementation of the two projects.
