Olympian Nguyen Dinh Cuong and Vu Thi Huong are training at the National Sport Training Centre 1 in Hanoi before leaving for Beijing, after having finished a long training session in HCM City.
Huong will hit the track in the women’s 100, on August 16 while Cuong takes the men’s 800m on August 19.
The two national team members won gold medals for Vietnam in the Southeast Asian Games in Thailand last December.
