Tien Minh moves to Yonex USA semifinals
(VOV) - Nguyen Tien Minh has whizzed past Hsu Jui Ting from Taiwan 2-0 (21-14, 21-12) in the quarterfinals round at the ongoing 2015 Yonex USA International taking place in Orlando, Florida.
Earlier in the tournament, Minh defeated Polish player Lang Ville 2-0 (21-18, 21-12) in the third round.
In the semifinals round, he will face Denmark rival Emil Holst.
Meanwhile, in the mixed doubles, Duong Bao Duc and Thai Thi Hong Gam lost to the German top-seeded duo Michael Fuch and Birgit Michels 0-2 (5-21, 19-21) in the quarterfinals round.
