Local fans queued for many hours to see the Korean band. |
This is not the first time T-ara have come to Vietnam. Previously, their appearance caused chaos at the airport. |
This time the large number of fans are controlled by a security force. |
T-ara will perform famous songs including “Roly Poly,” “Lovey Dovey,” and “Day by Day” in Phu Tho Gymnasium, Ho Chi Minh City on November 4. |
They will also cover the songs of other Korean bands Sistar, and 2NE1. This is a special gift from the band to their Vietnamese fans. |
T-ara will then take part in the Korea - Vietnam K-pop Friendship Concert with many other Korean bands such as Teen Top, Halo, Snuper, and Dreamcatcher. |
Singer Jiyeon (second from front), is surprised by the hearty welcome from Vietnamese fans. |
Until recently T-ara had 6 members. To many a fan’s regret, Soyeon and Boram have left the band, leaving them with 4 members. |
