Miss Vietnam southern contestants take on charity work

VOV.VN -19 Miss Vietnam contestants in southern region have begun their charitable journey in remote areas as part of the beauty pageant’s activities.

All contestants will attend a draw to select the projects.

Miss Vietnam 2016 Do My Linh is in charge of the event.

According to the new format of the competition, each group will be responsible for one project.

Each rose represents a particular project.

Nguyen Thi Hong Tuyet, No.052, looks happy as she will take part in project 2 named “Nhip cau yeu thuong” (Spans of Love). The project will be implemented in Phao Dai village, Phu Tan commune, Tan Phu Dong district, Tien Giang province.

“Se chia nhan ai” (Love Sharing) will be the first charity project of the journey. It will be launched in Canh Giao village, Canh Hiep commune, Van Canh district, Binh Dinh province.

The four contestants taking part in the project include Huynh Pham Thuy Tien (No.031), Le Hoang Bao Tran (No.322), Le Thi Ha Thu Chieu (No.116), and Le Thi My Duyen (No.382).

The contestants discuss the work of preparing for their “Ngay Hanh Phuc” (Happy Day) project. They will organise wedding parties for disadvantaged people in Ho Chi Minh City.
