US Chef presents cooking techniques in Hanoi

(VOV) - Students at the Hanoi Tourism College on October 31 had a chance to watch as US Chef Leif Eric Benson prepared a number of wonderful dishes made from American potatoes.

Potatoes from the US West Coast states of Oregon and Washington were the main ingredient Chef Benson used to make delicious dishes like Russet potato salad, Yukon gold mashed potatoes covered with butter and potato Crepinettes.
