Vietnam, Mongolia to make defence ties meet potential

At the reception, Lich said he believes the diplomat will contribute to collaboration and mutual understanding between the two countries and their armies.

He affirmed the Vietnamese Defence Ministry is keen on working with its Mongolian equivalent to implement bilateral agreements more effectively, particularly in delegation exchanges, military health care, logistics and UN peacekeeping mission.

Vietnam and Mongolia established diplomatic relations in 1954.
