VOV.VN - The decision taken by the administration of Hanoi to suspend non-essential services, including restaurants, sidewalk eateries, and drinks vendors in an effort to curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has seen business slow in many outlets throughout the capital.

The capital has seen new community cases in Dong Anh, Hoang Mai, and Hai Ba Trung districts over recent days, causing an increase in the COVID-19 alert level as fresh outbreaks loom.
