NA leader extends congratulations to Japan’s new chief legislator
VOV.VN - National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue has sent a message of congratulation to Hidehisa Otsuji on his election as president of the Japan’s House of Councillors.
In his letter, Hue noted that the Vietnam National Assembly is pleased with the positive development of the Extensive Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity in Asia between Vietnam and Japan, including the relationship between the two countries’ legislative bodies.
He expressed his belief that Otsuji with his vast experience in various positions, will continue to notch up success in his new position and to pay attention to promoting the relationship between the two countries in all fields.
Hue expected that he would work closely with Otsuji to promote cooperation between the two legislative bodies for mutual benefit, and for peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and in the wider world.
He also conveyed his invitation to the newly elected leader of the House of Councillors to visit Vietnam at an appropriate time.
