Government leader hosts Singapore's CEO of CapitaLand
VOV.VN -Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has praised the achievements and contributions by CapitaLand to 22 years of its investment in Vietnam, which have helped boost the nation's socio-economic development.

At a March 27 reception for President and CEO of CapitaLand Lim Ming Yan in Hanoi, PM Phuc affirmed Vietnam's willingness to provide the best possible conditions for investors, including Singapore’s CapitaLand Group to operate successfully in the country.
PM Phuc applauded CapitaLand’s investment in building new urban development model in Vietnam, and wanted the group to consider developing new urban projects regarding the demand and long-term interests of local communities.
He urged CapitaLand to carry out green, clean and beautiful urban projects in Vietnam as the way it have done successfully in other areas in Asia, thus enabling the country to actualize sustainable development goals and stabilise its property market.
The Government leader told his guest that he hopes the group will create different values and gain more successes in Vietnam as a contribution to spurring the country’s socio-economic development.
Lim Ming Yan, in turn said that his company has invested in numerous big projects in Vietnam over the last 22 years and plans to build new urban development model in Hanoi and HCM City.
Projects run by CapitaLand in Vietnam will always be connected to the community and ensure social responsibility with smart control systems towards sustainable development, he noted.
