Lao Party, State leader visits Nghe An province
General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and President of Laos Bounnhang Vorachith thanked the support of Vietnam’s central Nghe An province to Lao localities during his visit to the province on December 20.

Nguyen Dac Vinh, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, congratulated the Party, State and people of Laos over the achievements the country has recorded over the past time.
Nghe An province pays special heed to developing the friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation with its Lao counterparts, he said.
The official noted that Nghe An and Lao localities organise delegation exchanges annually to share experience and enhance cooperation.
Also on December 20 night, the provincial leaders hosted a banquet for the Lao Party chief and President and his entourage.
The Lao leader’s three-day visit, starting from December 19, is made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong and President of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang.
