Danang launches fundraising event for AO victims
VOV.VN - About 200 cyclists nationwide on July 30 joined the Danang Cycling Open-Asanzo Cup to raise funds for victims of Agent Orange (AO) in the central city.
The race was to celebrate the 56th anniversary of AO Victims Day on August 10th.
The event also aimed to respond to a movement of encouraging all people to do physical exercise to improve the health.
On this occasion, 15 sets of gifts worth US$44 USD each were presented to Vietnamese heroic mothers and AO victims in Danang.
More than US$44,00 has been raised to help AO/Dioxin victims.
