Massive fire destroys cloth recycling facility in southern Vietnam

VOV.VN -Crews are searching for the cause of a massive fire at a recycling facility of old cloths on Highway 1A in the district of Binh Tan in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Flames were detected inside the 1,000 square-metre warehouse located in the ward of Binh Huong Hoa as thick black and toxic smoke rolled off into the sky on the morning of Monday (September 4). 

Roughly 50 firefighters in the district of Binh Tan were mobilized to the scene to combat the 10-alarm blaze.

Local officials said no injuries were reported.
