NA Chairwoman joins parade for Humanitarian Month 2019

| Last year the Vietnam Red Cross Society (VRCS) had organised a pilot ‘Humanitarian Month’ in Hanoi as well as in other cities and provinces nationwide under the direction of the Party Central Committee. |
