The Ministry will submit the proposal to President Tran Dai Quang for approval and the funding comes from the State budget.

The beneficiaries are those who joined the revolution before the August Revolution in 1945, heroic mothers, heroes of the people’s armed forces, seriously wounded ex-servicemen, war veterans exposed to Agent Orange/Dioxin, war invalids, and relatives of martyrs, among others.
