Quang Ninh police hand over wanted man to Chinese police

Mong Cai city police in the northeastern province of Quang Ninh on August 19 handed over Chen Jin Yun, 43, from Fujian province of China, to Dongxing city police. 

Earlier, on August 18, in Ka Long ward, Mong Cai city police arrested Chen, who has been wanted by Lanzhou City Public Security Bureau from March 19, 2014, for the accusation of appropriating 5,000,000 yuan from a branch of Lanzhou Bank.
