Hoi An to open weekend market

Hoi An City will for the first time open its weekend market in the park of Cam Chau Ward next Saturday and Sunday morning, December 1 and 2.

The market will sell agricultural products, home appliances, souvenirs, food, and many others. Vendors are encouraged to sell organic products that meet VietGap or GlobalGap standards and use environmentally friendly packaging. Plastic bags and straws are banned.

The weekend market will be reopened on December 15 and 16 before taking place weekly from early February 2019.
