VOV.VN - Several Mong ethnic minority households in Then Pa hamlet, Ta leng commune, Ta, Duong district, Lai Chau provinces are operating as homestays, generating a good income for the local people.

Located at an altitude of 1,000 meters above seas level, Then Pa pine forest has now become an eco-tourism site, featuring the beauty Mong ethnic culture.
Although the infrastructure of the site has yet to be completed, it still welcomed more than 6,000 domestic and foreign tourists in more than one month.
The entrance of the village is decorated with colorful pinwheels.
Approximately US$250 million has been spent on upgrading infrastructure facilities, of which VND100 million in bank loans, was mortgaged by the locals, and the remainder provided by the local administration.
