Korean Cultural Centre launches design contest on COVID-19 fight

VOV.VN - The Korean Cultural Centre (KCC) has announced the start of a design contest which calls on all people to join hands and unite to combat the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the competition open to all Vietnamese citizens nationwide.

All entries must be in the form of a poster or illustration, and each contestant is only permitted to send in one entry. In addition, each design must feature a message that encourages people around the world to continue the ongoing fight against the pandemic.

The deadline for submissions is 6 p.m. on July 15. An awards ceremony is set to take place at the KCC in Hanoi in August. The best artworks will then be exhibited at the centre.

The design contest is jointly organised by the KCC and the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), aiming to celebrate 15 years since the foundation of the Korean group in Vietnam.

According to the Republic of Korea (RoK) Ambassador to Vietnam Park Noh-wan, the contest will inspire both Vietnamese and Korean people to unite to build a solid friendship, and to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
