Deputy Foreign Minister Ho Xuan Son and Ambassador of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Park Suk-hwan on July 30 exchanged documents ratifying an agreement on the transfer of convicts between the two countries.
The agreement, to be come into effect on August 30, will help increase cooperation between judicial bodies of the two countries, and mark a development in bilateral cooperation on crime prevention and fighting.
The agreement was signed in Seoul on May 29, 2009.
