Vietnam Victory Challenge 2016 wraps up

The international cycling championship Vietnam Victory Challenge 2016 wrapped up in Da Lat in the Central Highland province of Lam Dong on March 13. 

Canadian rider Cory Wallace won the men’s professional event. The second place belonged to Cambodian rider Shey Ha Sang, and the Vietnamese Phung Van Loc from the Military Zone No.7 came in third.

The Vietnamese rider also won third place at VVC 2015. 

In the women’s category, Sarah Kaufmann of the US took first place. New Zealander Erin Green came second, followed by Katherine Teubner from the US. 
The competition took place in Da Lat and Lac Duong district from March 11 to 13 with the participation of 165 cyclists. 

After the success of VVC 2016, the third event will be held next year.
