Retail petrol prices record sharp decrease to VND22,000 per litre
VOV.VN - The retail prices of oil and petrol nosedived as of 3 p.m. on December 7 following the latest adjustment made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.
According to the changes, the price of RON 95-III went down VND668 to a maximum of VND22,322 per litre while that of E5 RON 92 was also reduced by VND509 to VND21,290 per liter.
This has marked the fourth consecutive decrease in RON95-III price over the past few weeks.
Elsewhere, the prices of diesel 0.05S and kerosene were capped at VND19,721 per litre and VND20,922 per litre, marking decreases of VND475 and VND194 per litre, respectively.
Meanwhile, mazut 180CST 3.5S was sold at VND15,527 per kilo, marking a fall of VND202 per kilo compared to the previous adjustment.
In this adjustment, the two ministries decided not to extract for or use the petrol price stablisation fund.
