Energy and environmental technology exhibition opens in Hanoi
VOV.VN - The International Exhibition of Environment and Energy Technology (ENTECH VIETNAM 2022) kicked off on October 26 in Hanoi, featuring the participation of 145 businesses from various countries from around the world.
Upon addressing the event, Nguyen Manh Quyen, vice chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, emphasised that the occasion has offered an ideal venue in which local businesses can enhance cooperation in the field of energy and the environment, as well as gaining access to cutting-edge global technologies solutions.
On display throughout the 190 pavilions were advanced technologies in the field of energy saving and environmental protection, renewable energy, heating and lighting technologies, equipment for the production and use of solar energy, wind energy, and ocean energy.
Furthermore, there will be a number of trade exchange events, seminars, and programmes held to introduce energy saving and environmental protection solutions and technologies.
ENTECH HANOI has contributed to developing the market for energy-saving technology and equipment, reducing environmental pollution, as well as striving to promote the energy and environment sectors.
Most notably, the event has provided an opportunity for businesses, visitors, researchers, and scientists to strengthen connectivity, research, and transfer essential technologies in an effective manner.
After 13 years since first being organised, the fair has gone on to attract roughly 2,900 exhibitors with some 15,000 products and services, while participating businesses have signed contracts with a total value of over US$155 million.
The event is scheduled to run until October 28.
