I had the opportunity to be a part of the Thai - Vietnamese Youth Exchange Project back in 2016. The most memorable moment for me was when I and all participants were invited by H.E. Mr. Manopchai Wongpakdee, Thailand's Ambassador to Socialist Republic of Vietnam at the time to his residence for luncheon. Not only hosted lunch for us, at the end of the program Mr ambassador also personally handed us the certificates for acknowledging us being in this program. It’s such a great opportunity for me to meet such important person like this. Most importantly it showed how important this program is to his excellency.
