New luxury resort concept creates investment opportunity for buyers

With the attractive profit potential, villas in Sun Group’s beachside Premier Village Danang resort will provide their owners a unique investment opportunity along with a 5-star holiday experience.

Beachside masterpiece

The Premier Village Danang resort, situated on My An beach in the central city, offers a relaxing retreat and at the same time attracts cultural buffs due to its proximity to the ancient town of Hoi An, the Cham ruins at My Son, and the beautiful Ba Na Hills.

The 15-hectare resort, which consists of 118 beachside villas and amenities such as restaurants, a spa, and a fitness centre, is only ten minutes away from the Danang international airport and the centre of the city, yet still feels like an island of peace, perfect for a vacation.

The individual villas resemble white castles in the backdrop of blue sea, white sand, and yellow sun. The green grass and colourful flowers make visitors feel relaxed the moment they set foot in the resort. The outside and interior décor are a tasteful mix of black and white, adding an elegant touch.

The villas are open, but ensure privacy at the same time. Each villa has four or five big bedrooms, a private pool, and a furnished kitchen. The space inside the villas meshes with the outside through big glass windows, enabling dwellers to feel connected to the surrounding sea atmosphere.

In addition, the villas are designed at staggered heights. The furthest one sits high above the coast, so that all of the villas offer a view of the sea, the Son Tra peninsula with the white statue of the Guanyin Bodhisattva, and further away, the Cu Lao Cham peninsula.

In this beautiful atmosphere that is so close to nature, villa owners can still enjoy all the conveniences that a 5-star resort offers. The Ca Chuon Co restaurant serves seafood, while Lemongrass serves traditional Vietnamese and international dishes. They may also ask cooks to serve a seafood barbecue that they can enjoy with their friends and partners in the convenience of their own villas. They can also ask staff to organise a golfing session at Ba Na or scuba diving in the Son Tra peninsula.

Attractive investment opportunity

With these advantages, a villa in the Premier Village Danang resort is an attractive investment. The resort is already in operation and most of the rooms are booked at any given time, far in advance. Besides, when investors own a villa that is managed by Sun Group, they can rest assured that the value of their real estate is not only maintained but also increases with time.

As a villa owner in the Premier Village Danang resort, he can receive 85 per cent of profits if he joins the renting programme, in which Sun Group promises that profit will be at least 9 per cent per year in ten years. This pledged profit rate is high compared to similar schemes at other villa resorts and higher than the profit from other investment channels.

As part of the scheme, the owner can stay in the villa for 15 nights for free during the year, an equivalent of VND2.5 billion ($117,000) in 10 years. If there is no vacant villa available, the owner can transfer the same value to other hotels and resorts where Sun Group is an investor, such as the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, the upcoming JW Marriott, and The Ritz-Carlton in the Phu Quoc island.

If an investor does not yet have the cash, he can still buy a villa, because The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will lend 100 per cent of the value of the villa to the investor. The profit that the investor receives will be enough to pay for both the principal and the interest, so after a bit over 10 years, one can own the villa by paying only half of the value at first.

One of Vietnam’s property developer Sun Group, established in 2007, aims to make a mark with its real estate products and establish a prestigious Vietnamese brand name that can expand globally.

In the central region of Vietnam, Sun Group has been an investor in the Ba Na Hills Mountain resort, the Asia Park in the centre of Danang, the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, and the Premier Village Danang, with InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort receiving world awards for its restaurant and spa.

Outside of the central region, Sun Group is in the process of completing other large-scale resort and entertainment projects. In the south, the company expected to open the 5-star JW Marriott in Bai Khem in the Phu Quoc island in mid-2016. In the north, the group will soon complete two entertainment complexes, namely the Halong Ocean Park in Quang Ninh province, and the tourism complex in the Muong Hoa valley in Sapa.
