2018 Kid Festival opens in Hanoi

The 11^th edition of the festival provides a healthy playground for children during the summer with a wide range of cultural and entertainment activities, such as art programs, exhibitions on Uncle’s Ho and children’s rights, and a display of 120 paintings of students from Hoa Tam Arts Centre and 30 pictures of Japanese pupils.

Children also had the opportunity to participate in calligraphy and fashion design contests during the event.

According to the organizing board, a dedicated reading space was created to provide children with access to different kinds of newspapers and books to form their reading habits and broaden their knowledge.

Art programs for kids, such as talent and circus shows have been organized throughout the festival, which runs until June 1.

Fashionable products, gifts, toys, study tools, and food are on sale to serve the needs of children and families.
