Food & Hotel Vietnam gathers businesses from 27 countries and territories
VOV.VN - The 12th international food and drink, hotel, restaurant, bakery and foodservice equipment, supplies and services exhibition (Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024) kicked off on March 19 in Ho Chi Minh City, with the event attracting exhibitors from 27 countries and territories.
The three-day function draws the participation of 300 exhibitors from around the world. With an expansive exhibition area of 11,500 sq.m, this event is anticipated to attract more than 17,000 visitors.
The event aims to serve as a trade bridge between international producers, as well as exporters and local importers, distributors, and retailers in the food, hospitality, and accommodation sectors in the nation.
Furthermore, a wide range of activities will be included in Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024, such as Vietnam Culinary Challenge (VNCC) and the Vietnam Barista Competition and Aromaster Championship, with the goal of seeking young talents in the culinary and beverage industry.
This will be held along with a seminar on embracing sustainable food and beverage (F&B) trends and unlocking value for Vietnamese products which is expected to update the F&B accommodation businesses on the latest innovations and trends.
