As many as 20 information technology (IT) enterprises and leaders from the Hanoi Department of Post and Telematics and the Hanoi Trade Department met with businesses from Fukuoka province of Japan in Hanoi on February 20.
The Fukuoka business delegation includes senior officials and leaders of 15 big companies operating in the industrial, banking, energy and environment sectors.
The meeting aims to boost trade promotion and investment activities between the two countries’ businesses, particularly in the fields of IT and telecommunications, and software exports. It also helps Japanese investors study the Vietnamese market and seek business opportunities for long-term co-operation.
The same day, the Fukuoka business delegation visited the Hoa Lac High-tech Industrial Zone and some leading software companies in Hanoi.
