Saigontourist Travel Service Co., one of the leading travel companies in Vietnam, is taking part in an exhibition in Moscow in a bid to advertise its trademark.

Russia is a new but promising potential market for Saigontourist with travel from Russia to Vietnam in 2005 up nearly 200 percent over the previous year.

The Vietnam Tourism Club in Russia was set up in 2004 and drew the participation of five Russian travel companies. Saigontourist is currently working together with Russian Prof-Real Travel Co. to attract more Russian tourists to Vietnam.

Many well-known international travel service companies and hotels from Indonesia, France, Malaysia, Egypt and Thailand are attending the Moscow International Travel and Tourism Exhibition 2006 being held from March 22-26.
