Vietnam Int'l Printing and Packaging Industry Exhibition opens in HCM City
VOV.VN - The 21st Vietnam International Printing and Packaging Industry Exhibition (VietnamPrintPack 2023) officially kicked off in HCM City on September 27, attracting the participation of 411 exhibitors from 17 countries and territories around the world.
On display across the 919 pavilions were a range of cutting-edge products and services in the packaging and printing industry from leading businesses and corporations, namely Sansin, Fujifilm, Neosys Viet Loi, Uchida, Epson, Konica Minolta, Zhejiang Allwell, and Zhejiang Weigang.
One of the highlights of this year's exhibition was the presence of the Masterwork Group brand of China, as well as Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG Group from Germany.
Upon addressing the event, Nguyen Ngoc Sang, chairman of the Vietnam Packaging Association, emphasized that the printing and packaging industry is currently facing a scarcity of high-quality suppliers, adding that the expo has played a vital role in helping the business community seek suitable solutions to innovate advanced technology. This will therefore make significant contribution to the industry’s strong development in the country.
Judy Wang, president of Yorkers Exhibition Co,Ltd, underscored the importance of developing brands through improved packaging and product quality.
She revealed that the printing and packaging industry is anticipated to grow by more than 13% annually, opening up bright prospects ahead for further development, noting that VietnamPrintPack 2023 will create favourable conditions for the domestic and foreign business community as they enhance trade connectivity and ramp up business co-operation in the future.
Several seminars have been held as part of the event to discuss issues related to smart printing factory and experience in digital transformation for printing businesses.
