Congratulatory messages on Swiss National Day
(VOV) -President Truong Tan Sang sent a congratulatory message to the Swiss President Simonetta Sommaruga on the Swiss National Day on July 31.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent a message of congratulations to his Swiss counterpart Didier Burkhalter to mark the occasion.
