A delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly's Defence and Security Commission, led by Vice Chairman Major General Nguyen Van Kha, is paying a working visit to the US.

During the visit, which aims to foster the relationship between Vietnam and the US in general and the two legislatures in particular, the Vietnamese delegation will hold working sessions with US congressional committees and congressmen.

They will also meet with high-ranking officials of the White House, the Department of State and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
