Hanoi authorities present Tet gifts to local contributors

Hanoi People’s Committee Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung led a delegation to visit and present gifts to revolutionary contributors on January 30. 

The visit took place at the houses of colonel Nguyen Duc Tu and heroic mother Nguyen Thi Ngoc Yen. 


The capital city has allocated more than VND300 billion (US$13.5 million) to preparing gifts for local revolutionary contributors and needy households as the Lunar New Year holiday approaches. 
The presents are expected to reach 808,000 citizens.
