The Malaysian Securities Commission has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Securities Commission of Vietnam to increase information exchange.

The MoU, signed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the occasion of the sixth ASEAN capital market forum, is the 25^th cooperation document established between the two sides. It aims to promote bilateral investment and trade and create a foundation for developing their capital markets.
