Fifa rankings: Vietnam drops six places

VOV.VN - Vietnam has dropped six places to 139th in the latest Fifa world football rankings. 

In Asia and Southeast Asia, the team stands at 21st and third, respectively. Thailand holds the lead in Southeast Asia with the Philippines in second place.

The top position in the world goes to Argentina with Belgium, Colombia, Germany and Chile in second through fifth in descending order.

The national team of Portugal jumps two places and currently stands at 6th in the world after winning the Euro 2016 championship title.

Despite losing to Portugal, the national team of France climbs ten places to 7th in the Fifa rankings.
