HCM City promotes tourism potential on CNN
VOV.VN - Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam is promoting its tourism potential during primetime on CNN, starting December 12, according to the municipal Department of Tourism.
The video clip that introduces the city’s colourful festivals, unique cuisine, and novel tourism products is being broadcast from 6am to 10am, 10am to 5pm, and from 19pm to 24pm in the Asia-Pacific and North America regions.
HCM City was recently named among the top 15 most searched destinations by global travelers for the holiday season from December to January as revealed by Booking.com. The southern city climbed up a total of 2,985 spots to secure 12th place among destinations searched for by global travelers.
The city was also named among the top 10 trending destinations on online flight booking search service Google Flights, which gives an insight into where Americans are looking to travel this year and beyond.
HCM City is making every effort to restore pre-pandemic tourism as the largest tourism hub in Vietnam.
