Seminar shares house purchase experience for Vietnamese in Japan

VOV.VN - A seminar on sharing experience in buying and renovating houses for Vietnamese nationals living in Japan was held in October 23, in Tokyo, with the participation of more than 100 Vietnamese people residing, studying, and working in the East Asian nation.

The function was held as part of a series of activities specifically for the community of three real estate and construction companies with 100% Vietnamese capital in Japan aiming to popularise and improve knowledge for the Vietnamese community in Japan in the field of real estate and home improvement.

Upon addressing the seminar, Vietnamese Trade Counselor in Japan Ta Duc Minh hailed the initiative of organising the event by Vietnamese construction and real estate companies in Japan.

Minh assessed that over recent years the number of Vietnamese people in Japan has continuously increased, thereby making Vietnamese citizens the second largest expat community in the country.

Along with the growth of this community, the demand for both purchasing and renovating houses of Vietnamese people is increasing rapidly.

However, many Vietnamese are currently facing plenty of difficulties in buying and renovating houses in Japan, Minh said, expressing hope that this seminar will provide useful information to help solve the difficulty endured by the Vietnamese community in Japan.

During the course of the event, Vietnamese real estate experts in Japan shared their experience in buying houses with installment payments, buying and renovating abandoned houses in Japan, renting houses or using houses as business premises, and choosing a house and buying household appliances.

Most notably, experts Nguyen Trung Hieu, director of Hanabi Joint Stock Company, and Nguyen Huu Manh Khoi, director of Anmei Co., Ltd., pointed out common mistakes made by Vietnamese people during the house buying or renovating process in Japan.

According to Nguyen Van Da, general director of Estate Plus Joint Stock Company, along with the growth of the Vietnamese community in Japan, demand for housing and the efficient use of homes by Vietnamese people there has also increased.

“Through this seminar, we wish to contribute a part of our efforts to help Vietnamese people in Japan enjoy a more stable and comfortable life. Besides, we hope that the seminar will serve as a place to exchange and connect the Vietnamese community in Japan, from which we can provide mutual support so that everyone can have a better life," he added.
