President Sang meets voters in HCM City
(VOV) - On December 5, President Truong Tan Sang and the delegation of the National Assembly (NA) deputies of Ho Chi Minh City met with voters in District 1.
The voters praised the outcomes of the 10th session of the 13th National Assembly evidenced by the adoption of a number of laws, evaluation on socio-economic plan over the past five years and solutions to implement the five-year plan until 2016.
They underlined the need to intensify the NA’s supervisory role and reinforce solutions to prevent corruption and waste.
President Sang said the State will strictly deal with ineffective management of State companies and strengthen the fight against corruption. He also highlighted the importance of voters' contributions to selecting personnel for the 12th Party Central Committee.
