Under the MoU, signed during a two-day working visit by Hanoi Moi’s Editor-in-Chief Ho Quang Loi to the Beijing Ribao group on October 20-21, the two sides agreed to form a mechanism for exchanging information related to major events in their countries. They also discussed possibilities for exchanging reporters and professional training.
