Vietnam will build more international standard universities under a US$400 million project approved by the Prime Minister recently.

The project will fund the Vietnam-Germany University and the Hanoi Science and Technology University, which will recruit students from September of this year.

The Can Tho University in southern Can Tho city, the Hue University in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue, and the Da Nang University in central Da Nang city will be upgraded to become international standard institutions.
