Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung was speaking at a reception for visiting Cuban Minister of Construction Fidel Figueroa de la Paz and his delegation in Hanoi on May 9.

He said he was glad at the fine development of the special relations of friendship and cooperation relations between the two countries. He also praised Cuba’s achievements in health and education and expressed hope that Cuba will gain more success in all fields.

PM Dung asked the guest to convey his best regards to President Fidel Castro so that he would continue leading the country on the chosen path.

For his part, Minister Fidel de la Paz highly valued Vietnam’s development in all fields and expressed hope that the two countries will further cooperate in the fields of construction and transport.
