Miss world 2008, Ksenia Shukinova starts her journey across Vietnam as part of the charity programme tilted “Footprint of charity 2009” on May 27.
The same day, she will visit My Dinh Stadium and working with the organising board for Thang Long Hanoi’s millennium anniversary.

This is her second visit to the country under the charity programme organised by RAAS (Rare Antibody Antigen Supply) on May 27-28. As schedule, on May 28 she will take part in the inauguration of 30 charity houses and send 100 presents worth VND 50 million in total to Ha Nam province. She will finish her trip in Nha Trang City, south central Khanh Hoa province on June 8. 

Miss World 2008 will be accompanied by Julian Morley, Chairwomen of the Miss World Contest. She will also appear on two important music shows to raise the  funds for disadvantage people in 13 provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta and for the Vu A Dinh scholarship fund to support ethnic pupils and students in Nha Trang.

So far, Shukinova has participated in numerous charity campaigns in different countries and territories such as Hong Kong, America and South Africa and has raised of US$17 million for charity activities.

“Footprint of charity 2009” will also see the participation of two other Miss Worlds including Maria Julia Mantilla Garcia (Peruvian 2004), Tatana Kucharova (Czech, 2006) and the new winner of the Miss Indonesia pageant.
