Meanwhile, all pagodas, temples, churches and schools across the country will ring the bell simultaneously at 6:00am on October 10, 2010 to mark the official ceremony in celebration of the 1,000^th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi. Thousands of people, including 100 dragon and unicorn dance teams, 1,000 music players and 1,000 pupils, are expected to take part in the ceremony.

A main stage will be set up to feature the spirit of Thang Long from the time under the reign of Kinh Ly Thai To to the Ho Chi Minh era and reflect the capital city’s involvement in the current process of international integration.
