HCM City Tourism Festival underway
HCM City’s 2013 Tourism Day Festival opened at 23/9 Park on April 4.
The three-day event themed “Trademark-Integration-Development” is an opportunity for eighty travel companies to display their products in 120 stalls and introduce both traditional Vietnamese and foreign foods, said La Quoc Khanh, deputy director of the municipal Culture, Sports and Tourism Department.
The event, jointly held by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the HCM City Tourism Association, is expected to draw 250,000 visitors.
