The organizing board of the 3-Cushion World-Cup has invited Vietnamese billiards player Duong Anh Vu along with seven players from other countries to compete in the 3-Cushion World-Cup to be held in Spain on December 15-21.
This is the 3rd tournament in 2008 Duong Anh Vu has been invited as a favour for Asian players.
The player has been progressing through the ranks in Asia and is now placed 16th in the region.
Taking part in the 3-Cushion World-Cup is expected to boost his position in the world rankings, giving him more opportunities to compete in other important tournaments in 2009.
