The blueprint is expected to fulfill the region’s economic development targets by creating a common information space and linking information gateways and websites of northern key economic region groups including Hanoi, Hai Phong cities, and Ha Tay, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Vinh Phuc and Bac Ninh provinces.

The network will serve as a channel for localities to promote their strength and potential and to call for investment. It will also offer a forum for local businesses to exchange information, seek partnerships, introduce products and services, and expand their markets.
