Vietnamese women’s team to play DPRK at ASIAD 17

(VOV) - The Vietnamese national women’s team has arrived in Incheon, the Republic of Korea to compete at the Asian Games (ASIAD 17) taking place from September 14-October 4. 

The team faces off with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on September 16 and with Hong Kong (China) on September 23 in Group C, according to the draw results announced by the Asian Football Confederation and the ASIAD 17, in Incheon, the RoK.

At the games, 11 women’s teams will vie in three groups for the cup.

The Organizing Board only allows 18 players maximum per team, therefore, Coach Mai Duc Chung short-listed seven players.
