Many mountainous communes in Yen Bai still isolated
VOV.VN - By July 23, many routes leading to mountainous communes in Van Chan district, Yen Bai province had still been cut off by prolonged floods and severe landslides while electricity and communications systems remained disconnected.

An Luong, Nam Muoi and Sung Do communes in the hardest hit district of Van Chan remain isolated. Local authorities have given initial support to families having dead and missing members and ensured social safety for the isolated people. |
